practice:
1. To practice more, learn to do it.
For the
automatic blow molding machine maintenance personnel, be bold and be
brave, do not dare to do it, only speak, do not work, repair the blow
molding machine. However, if you want to get familiar with the
situation, don't be blind, otherwise it will expand the fault and cause
an accident, and the consequences will be unimaginable. At the same
time, we must be good at hands-on, first of all to familiarize yourself
with the operation panel of the blow molding machine and the contents of
each menu, and operate freely. At the same time, we must make full use
of the self-diagnosis technology of the blow molding machine to quickly
solve the problem. Now the more the bottle blowing machine develops, the

2. Practice more, develop hands-on skills and practical skills
Sometimes
some blower malfunctions seem ambiguous, and it is unclear whether it
is an electrical fault or a mechanical fault. We have adopted a

3. To practice more, learn to use related instruments

as oscilloscope, multimeter, online circuit tester, short circuit
checker, computer, programmer, etc. can help us to judge and check the
specific circuit, especially PLC programmer, computer, to be skilled to
use, free input and output blower parameters , online testing about
state, system initialization, etc. This is very helpful for analyzing
faults, especially complex faults, and solving problems.
4. To practice more, carry out "reform"
Often
in the normal work, a certain component damage (such as selection
switches, buttons, relays, etc.) and no spare parts, try to repair or
use temporary special methods to make the blow molding machine work
normally. Go on and wait until the spare parts come in and recover.
5. To practice more, you have to repair the board yourself.
Generally
speaking, the circuit board of the blow molding machine has good
reliability and the failure rate is extremely low. Generally, when
checking the blow molding machine, do not doubt the problem of the board
first. It can be eliminated by repeated methods such as removal,
initialization, and hot and cold start PLC. If it does prove to be a
board problem, fix it. These boards (generally no drawings) are
expensive, so the quality of the blower board is extremely important.
Once the board is damaged and there are no spare parts, it will not be
repaired at the moment, which will inevitably stop the machine, which
will seriously affect production. Sometimes the circuit board is only a
very small fault. As long as it is carefully checked, it is not
difficult to find the problem. We have repeatedly found faults such as
individual capacitor leakage, board soldering, short circuit, etc. Some
circuit board faults are more complicated, but as long as the time is
passed, Check with the instrument, it can still be repaired; but there
are some boards that are in serious condition, especially large-scale
integrated circuits. It is difficult to maintain, and the original
device has no spare parts. It can only buy the board or send it out for
repair. It is very beneficial to repair the board by yourself. On the
one hand, it can save costs for the enterprise and solve the urgent
need. On the other hand, it can be very useful to "dissect the sparrow"
to familiarize itself with the electronic circuit and cultivate its own
analytical judgment and hands-on ability.
